Monotropa Uniflora
Ghost pipe (monotropa uniflora) serves many purposes and can help with a wide variety of maladies, because they are primarily nervous system integration medicine. They are a nervine (meaning they act on the nervous system), without suppressing feeling or being analgesic, they act as a sedative to specifically the nervous system. Offering space for us to transmute experiences of acute pain, an opportunity for breathing room around the stimuli of it, as a way to be alongside the stimuli, rather than fixed or hyperfocused in it. To help bring our awareness outwards, for integration, learning ways to move out of stuckness. This is different than the way an anti-inflammatory aid can work when it comes to removing stuckness and density, this works more with awareness and the densities in subtle body.
Ghost pipe is useful for experiences around C-/PTSD, emotional distress, hyper-arousal, overstimulation, emotional stuckness around acute-traumatic injuries, chronic pain, and anxiety, and also when anxiety is presenting symptomatically as OCD-adjacent experiences.
Ghost pipe can be worked with to bring our awareness back center, and also to those who experience anxieties and overstimulations with having too high a dose of an entheogenic substance. Think mental chatter, fixed expections or ideas that encompass the energy of “shoulds”.

Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory root, high in antioxidants, curcumin is the main compon
This extract is a blend of the fresh young Turmeric root along with the extract of whole black peppercorns to activate higher absorption (2000%) of curcumin.
Sourced info:
“Turmeric has been the focus of many thousands of studies and found to be effective in destroying cancer stem cells, protecting against radiation-induced damage, protecting against heavy metal toxicity, and preventing Alzheimer’s disease. A key feature of Alzheimer’s is a buildup of protein tangles, which studies are showing turmeric can help clear up or slow the process of creating new tangles or plaques in the brain.
Curcumin is a group of antioxidant compounds found in turmeric root. Curcuminoids are the active ingredient in turmeric. Curcumin is a powerful antioxidant. It is a fat-soluble compound making it more easily digested with fatty meals.
Turmeric is also a powerful anti-inflammatory. Inflammation, especially chronic inflammation, is now known to play a major role in chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s, and other various degenerative diseases.
Turmeric increases brain levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which are growth hormones that function in the brain. These help delay and reverse many brain diseases, helping to improve memory and improving mental clarity.
Turmeric prevents the release of histamine in the stomach, quelling nausea and counteracting food allergies.
Turmeric helps reverse many of the steps that can lead to heart disease. In particular, turmeric improves the function of the endothelium, or lining of the blood vessels, strengthening them, preventing hardening of the arteries, and supporting vessel flexibility. The antioxidants in turmeric also fight atherosclerosis by deactivating platelet-activating factor (PAF). This protein leaks into the blood vessels, stimulating protein growth that can turn into a “net” on which cholesterol plaque can form.
Many studies are being conducted that indicate the effectiveness of turmeric in treating cancer. These studies reveal that turmeric reduces the growth of new blood vessels in tumors, the spread of cancer, and contributes to the death of cancerous cells.”
